Binny Gupta is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is also one of the Promoters of our Company. He was on the Board of our Company from October 23, 2002 to April 29, 2005 and thereafter he was appointed on the Board of our Company from December 31, 2005. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Panjab University. He has over 22 (twenty-two) years of experience in the steel industry. He oversees functions such as strategic planning and business development in our Company. He is also a member of sector specific committee on Machine/ Hand Tools formed under Industries and Commerce, Investment Promotion and NRI Affairs.
Chetna Gupta

Chetna Gupta (Whole-time Director)
Chetna Gupta is the Whole-time Director of our Company. She is also one of the Promoters of our Company. She was on the Board of Directors of our Company from June 1, 2004 to December 8, 2014 and thereafter she was appointed on the Board of Directors of our Company from May 4, 2015. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (General) from Panjab University. She has over 20 (twenty) years of experience in the steel industry. She oversees implementation of management strategies in our Company. She is also a joint secretary in executive committee of FICCI FLO, Ludhiana for uplifting women entrepreneurs in Punjab.
Rajneesh Gupta

Rajneesh Gupta (Non-Executive Director)
Rajneesh Gupta is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Panjab University. He has been associated with Bahadur Ke Textiles and Knitwears Association as director from 2015 and as a chief executive officer since 2019. He has over 10 (ten) years of experience.
Sunil Suri

Sunil Suri (Independent Director)
Sunil Suri is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (honours) (agriculture) and a master’s degree in science (agriculture) from The Haryana Agricultural University. He is a certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has over 34 (thirty-four) years of experience in the banking sector and has previously worked with Union Bank of India.
Vishwa Bandhu

Vishva Bandhu (Independent Director)
Vishva Bandhu is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Maharshi Dayanand University. He also holds master’s degree in science (chemistry) from Maharshi Dayanand University and master’s of technology (metallurgical engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Previously, he was associated National Institute of Secondary Steel Technology and Jindal Steel & Power. He has over 36 (thirty-six) years of experience in steel industry. He is a life member of The Indian Institute of Metals since 2010.
Hetvi Ketan Sheth

Hetvi Ketan Sheth is the Independent Director of our Company. She has passed bachelor’s in commerce (accounting and finance) from University of Mumbai. She is a practising chartered accountant since 2013. She has an experience of 12 (twelve) years.
